As a horticultural lighting technician, you are the specialist who provides greenhouses with optimal lighting, so that plants can flourish all over the world. Whether it’s HPS or LED systems, you hang the lamps and make the greenhouses shine!
In this role, you install and connect lighting systems in greenhouses at (inter)national project locations. You assemble and hang lighting fixtures, connect cabling, distribution boxes, and light lines, and test and adjust complete lighting installations to perfection.
You work accurately from technical drawings and electrical diagrams and perform quality and safety checks. In addition, you work closely with project management and colleagues and supervise local teams if necessary. Thanks to your work, greenhouses are always “in the right light” and projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
