At OBS Workforce, it is all about fresh, healthy, and carefully harvested products! As a harvest worker, you are the hands that literally bring crops from the plant to the shelf. Whether you work in a greenhouse or in the field, you ensure that vegetables, fruit, and flowers are harvested optimally and are ready for processing. With you on the team, everything remains “fresh from the source”!
In this role, you pick and sort vegetables, fruit, or flowers and check the quality of the products. You remove damaged or sub-optimal crops so that only the best products are processed further.
Depending on the crop, you perform light cultivation tasks such as suckering, leaf removal, pruning, or tying. You pack and prepare the harvested products according to hygiene and safety guidelines. You work closely with cultivation staff and foremen to guarantee a smooth harvesting process. Thanks to your efforts, everything moves from the plant to the shelf on time without anything getting lost!
